India's Central Bank Reveals 50,000 Users and 5,000 Merchants Now Using Digital Rupee

India’s central bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has revealed that 50,000 users and 5,000 merchants are now using its central bank digital currency (CBDC). Digital rupee transactions are currently processed by eight banks, with five more banks set to join the pilot soon, said RBI Deputy Governor T. Rabi Sankar.

BTC currently trading between $21,500 and $22,000, where it has seen a decent short term bullish reaction over the last couple of hours, after bouncing our local $21,400 low. Even though we still don't have any solid high volume confirmation for either the bulls or the bears, we're likely seeing an increase in volume and a potential higher relevance move around our weekly close today.

SENTIMENT
Short term sentiment has gone heavily bearish in the last couple of days to neutral, after finding a decent support above $21,000. Mid temr sentiment has started to once again become neutral, after several weeks of holding up in favor of the bulls. Long term sentiment, as you already know, is still waiting for a higher volume confirmation
