An update on Bitcoin
We all know that bitcoin dumped after Elon tweeted that Tesla won't be accepting bitcoin for its car purchases. The price dumped to 46000$ and bounce up from the 21 weekly moving average. Let me remind you that the 21 weekly moving average is one of the strongest support areas for any asset in a bull market. And price tests that support in 10-12 weeks average. But bitcoin hadn't tested this level for over 26 weeks now..
The 21 weekly MA is now around 47500$ and I expect bitcoin to close the weekly above that level. Remember we may dip below that level during the week but it's important we close above it on the weekly close which is sunday. If we close below it, I will entertain the possibility of revisiting 30000-32000$ for bitcoin.
Alts
Alt coins held well against the btc pair. They dumped against usdt though. Btc dominance is currently at 42% which is a support level so there's a possibility for it to bounce which will lead to alts dumping. I'll keep you updated on that but I'd like to tell you the bull market isn't over yet.
