The KickEX exchange continues to expand the list of traded instruments and launches the listing of a new token - VOLT.

VOLT is a deflationary token and part of the ecosystem of the same name, a “one-stop-shop” for DeFi products. The project gives its users access to any asset class (altcoins, nodes, NFTs, staking/farming) without having to invest in all these different protocols.

2022-11-04 13:47:20 Dear KickEX users, due to an incident related to the misconfiguration of the p.Network bridge on the BSC network, withdrawals and trading of the GALA token on the KickEX were temporarily suspended.

The pNetwork team needed to restore pGALA's deposit and withdrawal functionality. They also took a snapshot of the pGALA pool on the decentralized exchange pancakeswap.finance and will need to send new pGALA and BNB to addresses in proportion to their position in the pool.

We expect the pGALA network to be fully operational, after that we'll be able to open GALA trading, as well as the withdrawability of this token on our exchange again.

The only blockchain Cosmos (ATOM) is still on the maintenance.

What happened?
A critical update took a place in one of the core open source cryptographic libraries of Bitcoin. Cosmos (ATOM) and other blockchains use this cryptographic implementation. Unfortunately official Cosmos SDK has not been updated yet. Hence the suspension of deposits and withdrawals for ATOM token.

A critical update has taken a place in one of the core open source libraries of Bitcoin. And other blockchains libraries that uses this cryptographic implementation did not have time to update the functionality.

Current status

2022-09-14 18:08:18 Update on the Ethereum network: deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 tokens will be temporarily unavailable

Since the Ethereum Merge does not have an exact predictable time, the KickEX team will suspend deposits and withdrawals in ETH and ERC-20 tokens on September 14 at 4pm (UTC) to protect user funds.

Please be reminded that the Ethereum network is changing its consensus algorithm from Proof of Work (PoW) to Proof of Stake (PoS) as part of Merge.

2022-09-14 14:26:09 Update on the Ethereum network: deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 tokens will be temporarily unavailable

The KickEX exchange supports upcoming updates to the Ethereum blockchain, expected as part of the network's transition to the Proof of Stake protocol.

Deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 standard tokens will be unavailable on September 15 from 05:00 (UTC).

Trading in pairs with ETH and ERC-20 tokens will work as usual.

As soon as we are sure that the Ethereum network works correctly after the updates, we will open deposits and withdrawals of ETH and ERC-20 tokens.

The exchange has decided to temporarily suspend trading in the DIT/USDT pair due to the low activity of the Digital Influencers project team, namely, low trading volumes.
