Some bitcoin miners are turning to AI. After just one year of operation, Hut 8 said its HPC business generated about $16.9 million in revenue in 2022, driven in part by AI customers. Hive Blockchain, which purchased $66m GPUs in early 2021, says it aims to grow its HPC revenue to $10 million by 2024. Bloomberg reported.
