1. a Regulated Trust Management Company for AML/CFT purposes. There are no limitations on the type of assets that can be placed under management by a Trust Company.

Assets can include but are not limited to:

● Mutual Funds
● Hedge Funds
● Any type of Securities

2. MSB structure duly registered with FINTRAC and compliant with all applicable financial regulations.
