The next update of the Arcona augmented reality viewer has been released, and, as we reported a week ago, a QR code scanner has been added - the ArconaCore spatial data scanner module, which will appear in full in one of the next system updates.

Each QR code can contain a link to download the app, download digital content and the distance to the deployed content. Content can be positioned as accurately as possible not only on the street, but also indoors.
The updated application opens up a lot of possibilities. For example, expand entertainment routes inside shopping malls and add digital content to real objects.
Stick a sticker with a QR code on the shop window of the cafe, on T-shirts and business cards, and passers-by will know that by the code they can go through the portal into the AR universe.
In the near future, Arcona QR codes will appear on the streets of different cities to mark landmarks in the augmented reality world.
