Bitcoin can break resistance level and bounce up higher

Hello my friends, today I want to talk to you about BTCUSDT.
I made a few conclusions about Bitcoin.
After consolidation price made upward impulse, but soon fell to support line.
Also, BTC broke support level $16715 and at the moment trades near.
I expect that price can bounce up and break resistance level $16715 which is located my first target.
Then I think Bitcoin can break resistance line too and continue to rise higher.
For this reason, I set up my second target at $16965 level.
I expect such a scenario.
