Ethereum can bounce down of resistance level and fall to $1490

Hello my friends, today I want to talk to you about ETHUSDT.
I made a few conclusions about Ethereum.
A not long time ago price traded inside from consolidation and then exited down.
After this price started to decline and broke $1615 level and fell below $1545 level, but soon bounce up.
Then Ethereum made upward impulse to resistance line and at once started to delcine.
When price declined, it broke $1615 and recently $1545 levels.
Now ETH trades below resistance level and I expect that price can bounce down from it.
As well later price can start to decline, therefore I set up my target at $1490 level.
I expect such a scenario.
