We would like to explain why you may have noticed the issues related to claiming rewards in Axes Metaverse

How it usually works: Our server gathers the results of the Season —> sends them to the blockchain backend —> the results are written into its database —> winners get the rewards

While testing the marketplace on dev servers, one of them also sent the information about end-of-season rewards. Eventually, the info was overwritten in the database and all winners received 0.

We have already fixed the issue and rolled back the false rewards. Try to claim them now
