Twitter user @AFTXcreditor, who claims to be a creditor of FTX, tweeted disclosure documents and said that FTX had confirmed plans to restart its Japanese exchange.
Despite bidding interest, sale plans were halted to maximise value.
FTX Japan has also offered a major employee incentive program called the "Licensing and Restart Award."
