Looks pretty bullish to me! The only local resistance left is this red double top level. Once it's broken, be ready for $40k and higher!
Note that I am 100% in Bitcoin and still has no desire to open alts positions. I saw a bounce today, but this is pretty logical and doesn't mean the start of relief. I still think that it's too early to talk about altcoins!
