• BTC DEV COMP: MicroStrategy, now a Bitcoin Development Company, filed to raise $500 million to add to its nearly $15 billion bitcoin horde. The company recently acquired another 12,000 bitcoin for $821.7 million. Peter Schiff, a bitcoin critic, admitted he wished he’d bought BTC in 2010.

• Meme Coin Mania: Solana’s meme coin dogwifhat (WIF) will display its mascot on the Sphere in Las Vegas after raising $690,000 in donations. Franklin Templeton’s report highlights a strong relationship between meme coin price surges and user base growth.

• Low, Low Prices!: Ethereum’s transaction costs have dropped following the Dencun hardfork. Optimism fees fell to nearly 4 cents, Base to 3 cents, and Arbitrum to 40 cents. The low fees allowed a developer to post the entire script of the Bee Movie on Ethereum for about $14.
