Echoing Compass' comments, Singhal wrote in his order that the plaintiffs' complaint had "several deficiencies that prevent the Court from moving forward." He cited several required remedies and set a February 3 deadline for a second amended complaint to be filed. Failure to comply with this Order will result in dismissal of the case without further notice," the judge concluded.
