Microsoft is reportedly working on a new feature that enables users to send and receive crypto assets through the Edge web browser.

Screenshots of the crypto wallet have been posted last week by Twitter user Albacore, who regularly documents unreleased features in Windows. Microsoft’s description of the crypto wallet says it has “simplified experiences that make Web3 easier to interact with” and “integrated security features to protect you from unsecure addresses or apps.” Open / Comment

The partnership will enable Immutable to utilize Polygon's zero-knowledge technology to simplify bringing of game studios and developers in Web3.

According to a press release, the alliance aims to provide an option for businesses "that accelerates time-to-market and gives them access to an ecosystem that will be one of the largest and most liquid for end users," according to the press release.

2023-03-17 20:00:11 Ethereum Core Developers Set April 12 for Shanghai Hard Fork

The Shanghai hard fork includes five proposals for improving Ethereum, including EIP-4985, which will allow staked Ether (ETH) to be withdrawn from the Beacon Chain at a reduced cost of $1,740, completing Ethereum's transition from PoW to PoS consensus.

Another critical aspect of the update is the Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 4895, which will allow for the removal of validators from the main network, a critical feature that was not included during Ethereum's transition to PoS consensus in September of last year after the merger update.

The first fund, which was established this month, is named the 'Alpha Liquid Digital Asset fund' — and was kickstarted with a $2.65m personal investment from Transform CEO.

The second fund will be a closed-end venture capital fund focused on the blockchain space. While not yet established, this fund is rumored to be named the Aegean Fund.
