Our team went through all the emails we have received from the community members related to KYC issues.

Here are the reasons why your KYC keeps on rejecting:

You are not uploading documents properly either your documents are 3 months older or the image of documents you upload is of very bad quality.

In some cases, documents are not complete, such as your name is not matching with the ID.

Also, there are 3-4% members that are from restricted countries, so our team is working on it if we can open the gates for those countries. Will update you soon regarding this.

In this view, we are requesting you all, try to upload documents correctly if all the documents are correct it may take up to 30 min to get kyc verified, otherwise may take 24 hours.
