2020-03-16 11:08:14 This is why I love vanilla options: first of all I made a strangle (bought very cheap options with different strikes with different side ways (call and put). That means I will earn money whatever market will go (up or down, absolutely doesn’t matter). Such strategy works great on a high volatility (usually this strategy calls also buy volatility). When price decrease (in my case) I hedged my profit by buying futures. Option profile shows on the first picture that since that I don’t care at all where the market will go, my profit is already in my pocket until options will expire (and I would even earn more profit if price will go up).
