BTC is trading at around $21.6k after the Kraken settled with the SEC. Ether is seeking a new support level, which is around $1500. Besides Kraken, the SEC targets suing PAXOS over the Binance USD(BUSD).
BTC and Ether performed anemically as the Kraken was fined $30m by the SEC for its staking program. From the other side of capital flow, the current market condition is more likely a game of stock capital rather than a rise in incremental capital.
