One very good challenge you can do for yourself is to consider water-only fast. Drink only water for 1-7 days (minimum 24 hrs) and then, after that, stop eating anything with sugar (and drinking)… within 14 days, you’ll get shitload of benefits… more focus, less water weight, flatter stomach, dick working better, cleaner skin, less irritability… I mean, what you have to lose, you’ll save money even lol.. worthy of trying.

I’m not a doc, but I did once 7 days of drinking only water… I find 24 hrs to be also beneficial. After that, first meal eat something very healthy and light, like fruit or soup (bio, made by you, not from some conserved package)… and then give it an hour or two before eating more. This is important.

First time I did 7 days of no eating, I was daydreaming pizza, so on day 7 when I finished, I ordered pizza, ate it, and then my stomach hurt… so then I pass lesson to you to start slow.

Second time, I did like 24 hrs, and then went to a party and drink maybe half of one glass and I was drunk like a guy drinking half a bottle.. so that was a lesson too.

So… first meal should be something really healthy. Enjoy it, your brain, pussies and wallet will thank you for it!
