Qoltark, the evolution of the fear-inducing Pirate-Parrot Quilect!
This flying ghost type Blockmon is every bit as menacing and scary as its predecessor. As it grew, Qoltark abandoned its crew of rogue pirates to go on a solo mission. Some say there was a mutiny on deck, others say Qoltark destroyed the entire boat in a fit of rage related to his original capture... but there's no way to prove either of these stories true.
What we do know is Qoltark is not to be messed with. Beneath that cloak he has huge wings that are ribbed with boney horns that can do lethal piercing damage. It has a ghostly, razor sharp tale that's reminiscent of a scythe, and like just like the grim reaper, when Qoltark attacks with that you can be sure that death and destruction are afoot.
