(SEC) initiated an investigation into bankrupt crypto hedge fund
Three Arrows Capital.
Regulators accused the fund of violating federal laws, failing to register and
misleading investors about its balance sheet.
The fund declared bankruptcy in July. However, because the whereabouts of the fund's co-founders
Soo Joo and Kyle Davis are unknown, the company's creditors are unable to pursue legal action.
