Since DuiCoin is a reflect currency, whenever a user makes a transaction, 8% of the total transaction gets distributed to holders of DUI. Therefore, the receivers get a lesser amount of tokens instead of the total amount transacted, but they will receive these tokens back from all other holders, immediately, with every transactions they make (buys and sales).
This can also be advantageous for the holders because they will have more tokens increase as much there are buys and sells on the DuiCoin's smart contract.
