Remember, not long ago one of the worlds biggest companies FACEBOOK IPO’d at $38 dollars only to bottom out at $18 dollar losing a 52 percent of its opening share price. FACEBOOK went on and recovered and become the world’s biggest innovators and now trades over 322 dollars per share.
Currently WBEV trades at around 1.6x sales which is below the industry average of around 4x, with greater growth potential. Companies coming to market such as Fresh Grapes (VINE), are looking at similar market cap of $120 mil with sales below $1 million dollars. Fresh Grapes (VINE) is set to IPO at around the $10 range with sub par market cap and sales numbers compared to $WBEV.

Just this week WBEV posted their 3rd quarter earnings for 2021, and they have increased since last year.
-Total net revenues increased 3.4% to $18.5 million
-Wholesale revenues increased 106.9% to $5.5 million
-DTC revenues declined 12.8% to $12.7 million
-Net loss increased from $1.3 million to $5.7 million
-Adjusted EBITDA* loss of $1.4 million versus a loss of $1.0 million
-“The five Core Brands” grew to a total of 44,797 cases, a 34% increase Retail accounts increased 53% to 11,476
Third quarter 2021 earnings report was great for WBEV, leading into the busy holiday season which may be their biggest sales quarter yet.
We are still bullish long term on WBEV as we believe it’s story has just started to hit the mainstream. WBEV could very well past it’s open day IPO prices of $14 and should climb higher based on other companies coming to market very soon such as Fresh Grapes (VINE). WBEV companies story and financials far surpass its direct competitors.
