Bitcoin saw classic "Choppy" price action on May 4 with hours to go before fresh Federal Reserve cues.

MicroStrategy, the company with the world's largest Bitcoin corporate treasury, went as far as to say that it would up its Bitcoin buys in such a scenario.

"As far as where Bitcoin needs to fall, we took out the loan at a 25% LTV, the margin call occurs 50% LTV. So essentially, Bitcoin needs to cut in half or around $21,000 before we'd have a margin call," he said.

Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken has announced the waitlist is now live for its upcoming NFT marketplace, Kraken NFT. The platform is boasting zero gas fees for NFT sales and transfers, a built-in rarity tool, cash or crypto payments, and support for Ethereum.

According to data from Dune Analytics, OpenSea still makes up 68% to 88% of all NFT marketplace activity, with its closest competitor, LooksRare, eating up anywhere from 11% to 32%. Coinbase NFT also appeared keen to take on OpenSea, but its launch has been slow and still remains in limited beta, with fewer than 1,000 users.

Fewer than 1,500 total transactions in two weeks, according to data from Coinbase NFT's backend partner 0x. Gasless transactions could be what separates Kraken NFT from the pack.

Hawaii could be the latest state to do so, as a senate committee has recommended the formation of a task group to regulate cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Two Hawaii State Blockchain Legislature committees unanimously supported the formation of a specialized task force to examine and regulate the crypto and blockchain ecosystems: Commerce and Consumer Protection and Ways and Means.

Once enacted into law, the crypto and blockchain task force will be required to deliver a report summarizing its findings and recommendations at least 20 days before the regular session of the House of Representatives in 2023 convenes.
