Hey Monstas!
In the past few weeks, our team went through some restructuring and changes on the Cake Monster and Monsta Party management domains! We are happy to finally make it official!
We have set clear operational roles and departments for Cake Monster and Monsta Party and look forward to this new and more efficient organizational structure. All chief roles are carried by two members in cooperation. Some members may carry multiple roles at his point, but the goal is to assign everyone to one specific role in the future, so they can focus their knowledge and drive to topics they feel most confident about! This means our team must grow, and we hope to be able to onboard more trusted and knowledgeable people soon.
First things first: Congratulations to @Crypt0MJ for the promotion to the core team! @Whaleorian and MJ will carry the CEO role in cooperation and are part of the new core management team. They are a magnificent team and will be a tremendous help in reaching new milestones across the board!
CAKE MONSTER Team Structure (see Image)
@Budddog is CTO (Chief Technology Officer) in cooperation with @Whaleorian. They are responsible for Research, Product Development & Design, as well as Smart Contract and Front-End decisions in conjunction with @bitbythebyte and any external developer we may contract in the future.
@TheRealSpikeDuncan is CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) in cooperation with @MoonGirlBunny. They are responsible for outreach, market analytics, community growth, social media campaigns & content creation in conjunction with @plieplop. There is a lot to cover in this department, so basically, all team members are assisting there!
@Whaleorian is CFO (Chief Financial Officer) in cooperation with @Crypt0MJ. They are responsible for Treasury, Accounting & Auditing. All chiefs are also part of our Multi-Signature Gnosis Safe, which is used to operate within our financial plane. The MultiSig adds another layer of project security by decentralizing treasury power to multiple signers for initiated transactions.
@Whaleorian is COO (Chief of Operations) in cooperation with @Crypt0MJ. They are responsible for Web Administration, Quality Assurance, Platform Administration & Collaboration.
