Glen Oaks Escrow, an escrow company based in Southern California, has revealed that one of its San Diego properties has been refinanced using a BTC-backed loan for the first time.
Whilst this is the first instance of a refinancing of this kind, Glen Oaks has a history of allowing BTC to be used to pay for real estate properties. The company has permitted these kinds of payments since 2018.
They commented that the loan demonstrates debtors and creditors' growing faith in the value of Bitcoin
