They are looking for someone with extensive experience in technology and business, to be based in their home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
The role will involve identifying digital and customer trends, creating a crypto strategy and developing a product roadmap. The successful candidate will also find partnerships and investments in the digital currency world.
The job listing comes as no surprise given Walmart's crypto-related history. They have previously applied for a patent for a price-stable crypto, as well as introducing a fintech unit, Hazel.
