I am sure that you have heard of all those stories about that friend of yours who invested in an ICO and made 20x, 100x or even 500x on their initial investment.

However, the stories that your friend is relaying are only one aspect of the nature of private sales. There is an initial round prior to that where venture capitalists and seed investors are making multiples even higher than that.

One of the main reasons as to why you don't hear about it is the fact that it remains relatively shrouded in mystery. Very little is known around how these funds raise money and invest in these projects. Or what sort of deals they get from the project teams and what return multiples they get.

So, in my latest video I will be exploring all of that. I will give you the full low-down on private sales and how they operate. I will also be taking a look at two recent private sales in order to give you the best practical examples of how they have played out.

This is the first of a two part series that explores this relatively opaque sector - so it's something you don't want to miss.
