Aave (AAVE) — Asset of the Day.
The AAVE price has more than doubled since the Aave V3 launch in mid-March. This helped the asset break out of the downtrend line.The bulls failed to break the $260 resistance level, and they are trying to keep the price above the 200-day SMA now. If they succeed, then this may signal the start of a new upward movement.
The asset is near the overbought zone but has already left it on lower timeframes. Therefore, if the price sustains above the 200-day SMA, a temporary consolidation may follow.
The RSI is showing signs of a negative divergence on the 4-hour chart, indicating that the bullish momentum may be weakening.
A drop below the 200-day SMA could push the price to the
$205 support level and the 20-day EMA.

As mentioned before, if the $19.2 level is broken, the next target for the bulls will be $23.2.The failure to break above the $23 resistance has attracted bears. Trading volume has already begun to decline, hinting at the exhaustion of the bulls and possible profit-taking.
The asset is above the major moving averages on lower timeframes. Most indicators remain at neutral levels.
This suggests that
the bulls may try to test $23.2 again. If they manage to sustain the price above this level, the next target could be
$29.
If the bulls fail again or the price drop below the 20-day EMA, the bullish momentum may weaken. This could push the price down to
