EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) Compatibility Parachain deployed on Testnet

After months of research, months more of development, weeks of testing, and a variety of fixes, adjustments, and compromises, the Cherry Network EVM Compatibility Parachain has been deployed on the Cherry Network public Testnet.

This release cycle began 2 weeks ago by upgrading the Testnet Relay Chain, deploying the EVM Compatibility Parachain, and collating it to the Testnet Relay Chain. In the days since the team has observed the chains operating properly with no issue detected.

We have since updated the Cherry Network blockchain interface at Cherry.Place to reflect the testnet changes. We will also be announcing new tools to access these new feature with ease.

Documentation about the EVM Compatibility Parachain and relative tools is being added daily on https://docs.cherry.network
