SEC Releases Second Fee Rate Advisory for Fiscal Year 2024

Starting May 22, 2024, most securities transactions will incur a fee of $27.80 per million dollars, up from the previous rate of $8 per million. Security futures transactions will continue to be assessed at $0.0042 per round turn transaction. These adjustments were made by the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with Section 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
