We have re-enabled the wallet logins for users to extract their Private Keys for their wallets. All other wallet functions are currently disabled and will remain so for the time being.

We highly recommend all users begin to migrate away from the Cloud by logging in to the web client here: https://conceal.cloud/login , exporting your Private Keys, then importing the keys to another wallet, either the Desktop or Web Wallet. This is in preparation for the eventual Cloud shutdown we are planning.

Bitmart has officially announced that they will be delisting CCX from their platform. Anyone who is holding CCX on Bitmart's Exchange platform will have until November 19th at 10PM UTC, a full two months from now, to withdraw their CCX before the trading pair will be removed from the site.
We implore all Bitmart users to withdraw their CCX to their personal wallets Immediately in order to avoid loss of funds.

As a reliable and non-KYC alternative CEX we recommend to utilize TradeOgre for trading CCX.

Conceal Cloud is currently unavailable.

We are investigating the issue and will restore the service as soon as possible.

This has affected our Cloud and Mobile Apps which are all currently unavailable at this time. As a workaround you can import your private keys or seed words into the Desktop wallet to access your funds.

An announcement will be made once the service has been fully restored.
