Is everyone waiting for the quotations to fall further?
Let's turn to the chart of financing perpetual contracts on exchanges (Chart 1). On the chart you can observe that the majority is set to short and expects further price declines.
The highest rate of short positions, oddly enough, is in ether, and on the contrary, the highest rate of longs is in REN. But in general, everyone expects BTC and all crypto to be lower, the recession in the U.S. continues (Who doubted that? ) and accordingly no one plans to lower the rate in the near future, until the end of 2023.
