Pancakeswap has announced the launch of its version 3 iteration on Binance Smart Chain in April, featuring new trading incentives, improved liquidity provisioning, and a user-friendly interface. The multichain dex platform is currently the second-largest dex by trade volume with over 3,200 tokens listed. To celebrate the launch, Pancakeswap is offering $135,000 worth of CAKE and a non-fungible token to early supporters. Other competitors in the decentralized exchange market include Uniswap, Sushiswap, and Balancer. Pancakeswap currently has $2.49 billion total value locked, with $2.45 billion on BSC, $29.72 million on Aptos, and $17.27 million on Ethereum.
