BTG Pactual, Latin America's largest investment bank, is launching its own stablecoin, BTG Dol, priced at a 1:1 parity with the US dollar. The stablecoin will be available on the bank's crypto-asset platform, Mynt, and its investment system, providing investors with a new option to "dollarize" their portfolios. BTG Pactual will ensure compliance with due diligence, anti-money laundering, and other security measures for the stablecoin.
