OpenAI and Golem are in talks to utilize Golem's decentralized supercomputer infrastructure for AI computation. OpenAI will balance its peak-hour load on Microsoft's Azure data center by using Golem's available computing power. Golem's tokenomics, which supply the blockchain network with a decentralized supercomputer, have proven successful for CGI rendering and scientific calculations, and can be adapted for AI computation. OpenAI is set to become one of the largest buyers of GLM tokens, making it one of Golem's largest project collaborations to date.
