The host will give a number range, like 1-30, and when the host gives a signal to start the game, players can send their favorite numbers into the community. One minute later, the host will mute the group, and pick the lucky number by Lucky wheel (like 5). The player who sent the lucky number last will be the winner.
#NOTE: From Rounds 1-9, one person can only win once. But round no. 10 is for @everyone, so even if you have won before (Round 1-9) you can win this round.
