Altcoin Update: XRP

XRP is down about 29% over the past 48 hours but seems to have found support around 0.36. For the better part of yesterday, it traded within the 0.36 – 0.4 range, our short-term support, and resistance.

And while the worst is yet to pass in the overall crypto market, we’re neutral on XRP for now – waiting to see how it will break out. In the medium term, a break above 0.41 could push it to 0.55 just above the 50-MA. But in the more likely event that it drops below 0.34, XRP could head for 17-month lows of 0.23.
