Why was there a sharp drop?
Friends, a lot of people saw today a sharp fall in BTC. But not everyone understands what caused it. Here are a few reasons and the latest for the appearance of a large red bar:
• To a greater extent, the fall was provoked by the uncertainty surrounding the large California crypto-bank Silvergate, whose shares fell 58% during trading in the U.S. on Thursday.
Silvergate Bank allows cryptocurrency exchanges and other customers to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat money, and also plays an important role in providing market liquidity.
