1st Bloomberg Author's suggestions based on literally "
people familiar with the matter" & "
people, who asked not to be named". This same article confirms that all legit sources (
SEC's spokesperson & an official at ProShares) declined on commentary regards whether ETF gets approved or not.
2nd one is wrong interpreted, this is just a notice from NASDAQ to SEC, claiming they approved securities, and waiting for the decision from the SEC.
Careful nowadays, especially with news and their "sources" and always check out on what officials say. With case of ETF, let's wait the confirmation from the SEC.
