POLICY ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE APPLIED FROM 18/1 (18th January)

1. New withdrawal fee calculation mechanism for CCAR, CPAN and CGAR
Withdrawal 100 - 300 for CCAR and CPAN (60 - 300 for CGAR), the tax is 10%
Withdrawal 300 - 400 for all 3 projects, the tax is 5%
Withdrawal 400 - 500 for all 3 projects, the tax is 3%

2. Fixed Wtihdrawal fee for IDO whitelisted wallets (for CPAN and CGAR): 25%
It means that for wallets which win the IDO whitelist will be applied withdrawal fee 25% for any withdrawal amount

3. Blind Box Opening Maximum (for CCAR and CPAN): 20
Instead of maximum 5 box per account, we will increase the maximum unbox for 1 account from 5 to 20. These expansion will be the encouragement for new players to try more luck with Blind Box and no need to use many accounts
