In 2021, the SEC initially said no market regulator for crypto exchanges existed, but a year after they said that Congress provided a broad framework.

The SEC said the existing laws were unclear, admitting uncertainty about digital assets being securities in 2020. But in 2023, they said there is a clear regulatory framework built up over 90 years. Open / Comment

Bitcoin reached the Trendline of the Daily chart, acting as a Support in the Daily timeframe.

As far as the chart looks, I would expect a Straight "V" shape Recovery from here.

Current Scenario:
Most of all the shorts are Liquidated from the market & Now we have Liquidations of Longs like 600M+ at $67.5K

More then 15B in the $72K - $73K area. So lets see How far the market will Go. We can come to any decision after this weekly close.
