This is CONCERNING! Exchange Flows had a huge drop in address count since beginning April 2022.

Maybe this is an April Fool's joke, but ever since April 1st, 2022, the address count of inflows and outflows going onto exchanges has been decreasing at a tremendous rate.

What is concerning is that the BTC price is highly correlated with activities. The address counts moving BTC onto and off exchange is an example of some activities happening on the Bitcoin network and has shown to be a good indicator.

Look at the correlation of BTC address count inflow and outflow compared to BTC price shown by the arrows.

Historically, a huge drop in address counts (inflows & outflows) lead to a significant price correction for BTC.

Did BTC's price already priced in?
AND
Will we see an increase in inflows and outflows by more addresses and have a re-bounce?

OR in a Bearish case:
Will BTC's price further correct itself?

We had some rest for a few days, So we didn't post updates like always in the recent days. As we all saw, #Bitcoin had a big crash again and market conditions were not good enough for trading.

#Bitcoin closed a daily candle below the important trend line after three months and It is trading in a dangerous “Bounce or Dead” area right now.

It needs to bounce above this trend line quickly (40000$) or we may see another crash to about 38000$ or even more especially if we lose the 39000$ support.
Losing 37500$ will be so bad for Bitcoin's future and we may enter a long-term bearish market after that!

#Bitcoin at 4H frame an uptrend targeting 42k with pump wicks up to 43k. At Daily timeframe still expect it to pull back to 40k.

#Long bullish candle left behind possess from stops/liquidations at the top so even those who are shorting are interested in pumping it a little more. But real interest in longs stay below.

We should get a small pullback within nearest days with bullish weekend after that.
