We usually test the lower band everytime this takes place:

- 20d SMA below 50d SMA (orange below blue line)
- EHMA 27d

Realized price and 200d SMA are less probable (lower 20s), but 33k doesn't seem really far away atm...

Now the possible scenario is if the price Breaks the pattern downside and closes below the Traingle then that is Bearish sign for it and you can open a short position.
