Interesting Reaction From the weekly FVG Bellow. The Reaction was expected as we mentioned in the previous update but still we didn’t expect it reacting with that high momentum.

Currently if we look at the weekly chart we have a potential Weekly BOS no.2, second in row which could potentially lead into switching weekly Trend into Bullish one, as we need 2 consecutive Breaks of Weekly Market Structure to confirm a Weekly trend shift. Currently we had 1 which could be just a liquidity grab, that’s why our mechanical rules says that we need 2 consecutive Breaks to confirm a trend shift on the base time frame we are.

For Weekly Market Structure to switch Bullish PA would need to close with full candle body above $25.348. If That happens at the end of the week when weekly candle closes our Weekly Market Structure will shift into Bullish one. After that we could expect a bit of a pullback and then the next targeting area would be weekly supply and monthly FVG which are both marked on the chart also with price levels.

On the Weekly both sides were swept BSL and SSL.

D: Daily Market Structure made its first Bearish Daily Intent which is a signal that structure can realign back with the Weekly Bearish Structure. If We get another Daily Bearish BOS the Daily chart will be confirmed bearish with 2 Daily Bearish BOSes in a row and will be realigned back with the Weekly Bearish Structure.

All the Daily SSL was taken which can lead into some sort of a pullback. We are not interested in trading those pullbacks as there are no valid Daily Demands to trade off and the PA can melt on us deeper.

H4: H4 Major Structure made its first Bearish H4 Intent and its realigning with H4 Internal Bearish Structure. We can reconsider it technically still bullish as our mechanical rules say that we need 2 consecutive Boses in a row to fully confirm a trend shift and Bias however Longs are still out of equation till we get back a Bullish H4 Intent First. Till Then we will only be interested in Short Setups which come from HTF Bias.
