Ransomware ATTACK forces Irish Health Service to shut down ENTIRE IT system
The Republic of Ireland’s Health Service Executive has shut down its IT systems as a precaution after a “significant ransomware attack”, although vaccinations will continue as scheduled.
Dublin’s Rotunda maternity hospital declared a “critical emergency” and has been forced to cancel appointments, but national emergency response services are reportedly not affected.
