Simple guide to why you might not be receiving your task payments. Please check them before asking on the group!

1. Your Twitter handle might be incorrect
When you first joined, you were asked to submit your Twitter handle that’d be used to validate your steps. To recheck which one you added go to the Bot, click on Home or use “/start” and then My details, it should prompt your submitted content.

For now, there is no way to change it, please stay tuned as this function might come up soon.

2. Your TRX wallet is invalid.
You might have submitted a invalid TRX so your payments won’t go out.

3. You might not be actually completing the steps
Check the steps for every task, if the task needs you to follow a twitter account, follow it and do NOT unfollow, otherwise you won’t be validated.

4. You might be on the waiting list for payments
Payments are normally send 24 hours after you completed the step and we validate it, but this can change from task to task, if you completed it correctly and all the options above don’t fit on you (everything is good), then don’t worry. You will get it in no time.
