Today, June 10, is the last day of bidding for Natively Digital, a collection of remarkable, unique artworks co-curated by Sotheby's and Robert Alice (check out his iNFT).
The auction presents 28 Lots of raw NFTs built on pre-Ethereum chains alongside newer, complex NFTs.

Among them are:
Quantum by Kevin McCoy, a very early example of utilizing a blockchain token to identify the provenance of a piece of art. Originally minted on May 3, 2014, on Namecoin blockchain, and preserved on a token minted on May 28, 2021, by the artist
INFINITΞ FUTURΞ by Don Diablo, a mixture between a digital art piece, a physical piece, and a glimpse of the future. The digital part of the NFT is a mesmerizing visualization of an infinite loop showing an energy form trapped in a constantly evolving maze, symbolizing the inevitable circle of life.
Fade by Pak, a digital timepiece that will disappear over a year, making one full rotation every 60 seconds. The basis of the work revolves around themes of identity and permanence

Natively Digital is showing the genius of crypto-art, representing only a portion of the diversity within the rising crypto-art community. While many in the art world have been cautious of at NFTs, the big auction houses as Sotheby's and Christie's approached the new art world with an open mind, ready for the new art revolution to emerge.
