With such a structure, the lower border can be
blurred for a flat range since we have
downward resistance, so opening
shorts from breaking through
$19050 is not the
safest position. However, when
$18850 is absorbed, it is already
safer.
This setup has a catch: a range in which you can open both
long, from the
support of the bullish flag, and
shorts from breaking the
descending triangle.
So, considering these factors, I see that the
exit to this area is the
most likely. Hence, the following picture in the
2nd screenshot
appeals to me
more.
