Binance and Alameda didn't agree to sell FTT at $22 and the former started dumping the token on the market. Or the token is being dumped by investors who have started to fear that a future drop will happen.
Alameda is dumping all its asset holdings in order to hold FTT.

Solana has updated its one-year low below $27, FTT is down 27%, BIT is down 16%. Bybit's CEO accused Sam of dumping BIT trading (he promised not to sell his tokens for three years, but apparently the desire to hold FTT was stronger).
