Hey everyone!
The CUTcoin crew here. It’s been a while since we posted here last time, all because we’ve been super busy working on new features and updates. It took us some time, but we're finally back on the air!
Since we started CUTcoin in 2018, our goal has been not only to create a privacy-based cryptocurrency but also to provide other tools that would allow independent developers to create their projects. Over the last four years, we’ve created not just another private coin but a whole ecosystem, including the PoS-backed Cutcoin mainnet, the Staking Pool service, the Private DEX testnet, CUTokens, the CUTcoin GUI client, and much more.
Last year, we worked hard on the new features, and we want to shed some light on what we’ve been working on and what you can expect to see in CUTcoin 4.0.
Let’s dive right in.
CUTcoin 4.0
With our last release, we added private and public tokens to our ecosystem. Now we’re working on a new release that will serve as a logical extension of the last one and include the following features:
The new type of token: mintable token, which allows you to change the number of issued tokens using additional emissions and burning of tokens. We’ll share more about this in the next post.
A token exchange built into the blockchain
We have chosen DEX (decentralized exchange) as the medium for token exchange and added DEX as part of the blockchain—more info in the upcoming posts.
Plans
Our next goal is to create interchain communication, which will allow holders of other currencies to enjoy the benefits of our coin, such as private transfers and exchanges on DEX.
